of telecommunications issues. He was a cofounder and consultant to Cellular
One-Syracuse, Utica, and Finger Lakes telephone companies, where he provided
operational, management and computer-related services until Southwestern Bell
Mobile Systems acquired the companies in 1994. He also served as a technical
consultant to TelAll, Inc., a startup company planning to provide wide-area,
enhanced SMR service to Anchorage, Alaska. In 1995 he co-founded Technology
Venture Consulting, L.L.C. The firm provides technical and financial services
for technology-based businesses. Mr. Sieradzki holds a Masters of Science degree
in Computer Systems Design and Analysis.

Sieradzki, who serves as chief technical officer for CTW Prepaid, has been actively
involved in the telecommunications industry since 1983, working as a senior
consultant to cellular
